1. Who is responsible
ONE FIN SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED, registration number 0115569007686, operates onefinsolution.online. Use our Contact us form and choose Privacy request to contact us about this policy or your personal information.
2. Information we collect
We process your email address, password hash, profile details, preferences, session records, conversations, saved context, and support requests. Billing records can include customer and subscription identifiers, purchase details, and credit activity. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor; do not send them in chat or support messages.
Technical information used to operate and protect the service can include request times, error logs, and network information. Authentication attempts are rate limited. We do not ask you to include sensitive personal information in prompts.
3. Workspace credits and trial protection
Homepage chat access and Workspace credits are separate. A chat subscription does not grant Workspace credits, and buying Workspace credits does not start a chat subscription. Workspace use requires an authenticated account and consumes a credit when a task completes successfully; failed requests return reserved credits. Workspace credit purchases are one-time purchases. Automatic and scheduled reloads are not enabled. Account sessions expire after 30 days and require a fresh login.
We retain a keyed hash of the payment provider card fingerprint with the account trial claim to prevent repeated trials. Card numbers and security codes are never stored by One Fin.
4. How information is used
We use information to create and secure your account, deliver requested software and AI features, maintain your conversation history, account for credits, handle billing, and respond to support requests. We use account and security records to prevent misuse and investigate problems.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, service delivery is based on performing our agreement with you, security and support on legitimate operational interests where appropriate, required records on legal obligations, and optional marketing on your consent. You may change your product-update preference in your account.
5. Service providers and AI requests
Our infrastructure providers store and process service data. The configured AI provider, OpenAI or xAI, processes the messages and any context you choose to submit to generate a response. Stripe processes payment and billing data when billing is used. Our email provider delivers One Fin account messages.
Only submit content you have the right to share. Provider processing is subject to its applicable terms and data practices. Access may also be provided where necessary to comply with law, protect security, or complete a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and support password recovery. Browser storage can remember display preferences such as your theme. This application does not include advertising trackers. Signing out removes the active sign-in cookie; you can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
7. Retention and international processing
Conversations and saved context remain available until you delete them or request account deletion. Session and recovery tokens have expiry limits. Records may need to be retained for security investigations, unresolved requests, accounting, or legal obligations; deletion from active systems may precede removal from backups.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be observed when processing personal information internationally. A global audience does not mean every feature is available in every location.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile, export your data, delete individual conversations or context notes, change your password, and revoke other sessions. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Depending on your location, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Children and policy changes
The service is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the current revision date on this page.
